Every row names the person or body that made the statement, because an institution making a false claim is a different fact from an individual doing so, and the page should not blur them. The doctor who confirmed it, Artsiom Sarokin, and the journalist who reported it, Katsiaryna Barysevich, were both prosecuted; Amnesty International declared them prisoners of conscience. The record, not the death, became the offence.
